After witnessing the challenges that homeowners face in Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Condo Owner Associations (COAs), we asked ourselves—why not make a difference in Community Association Management?
With Adrian’s extensive background in local government and a degree in Public Administration, we realized this was the perfect opportunity. As Adrian once put it, “Managing a community is much like running a city—just on a smaller scale but with the same complexities.
Adrian has overseen records management, multi-million-dollar budgets, bid processes, and community relations in roles such as City Clerk, City Council Member, and City Administrator. In Florida, managing an HOA or COA requires a CAM (Community Association Manager) license. Recognizing this, Adrian obtained his CAM license in June 2016, and we founded 4our SeaSuns, LLC, a CAM firm and property management company.
Who We Are
Our names are Adrian and Betsie Welle, we are a husband and wife team located in Mexico Beach, FL specializing in real estate and property management services. We enjoy being a part of our community and volunteering for events (the photo as Elvis and Lucy is from one of these events). We understand the process of buying and selling a home is stressful, we try to make it fun and enjoyable as you can see from our sense of humor.
