As of January 1, 2019, 4our SeaSuns, LLC has been selected to provide Community Association Management for the 73 lot Casuna Subdivision located in Mexico Beach.

As of February 17, 2020, 4our SeaSuns, LLC has been selected to provide Association Management to the 36 unit Tranquil Harbour Condominium Association in Mexico Beach. This will be the first condominium association managed but 4our SeaSuns and we are excited for this new association and the new challenge that it will bring.

4our SeaSuns, LLC has been awarded the management contract with The Club at Mexico Beach as of December 1, 2021.

4our SeaSuns, LLC has been awarded the management contract with the Reservation at Indian Pass, this HOA is the furthest from our Main Office

4our SeaSuns, LLC has been awarded the management contract with the Oceanside Village in Mexico Beach as of February 1, 2021.

4our SeaSuns, LLC is the CAM of record working with the Club at Cape San Blas effective May 1, 2021.

As of June 1, 2019, 4our SeaSuns, LLC has been selected to provide Community Association Management to the 36 unit Palms HOA in Mexico Beach. This is a unique opportunity as this complex is only 50% built and at completion will be 72 units.

May 4, 2020, 4our SeaSuns, LLC was awarded the management bid for Association Management to the Wetappo Preserve Homeowners Association. This will be the largest association that we manage.

4our SeaSuns, LLC has been awarded the management contract with the Cottages at Waterside Village as of January 1, 2021.

4our SeaSuns, LLC ia continuing to manage Palmetto Plantation after appointment at the February 5, 2022 Board Meeting
